A joint discussion on how human-centric design principles shape robotics

What’s the impact of a new generation of AI-driven robots on people and workers?

This question will frame a joint exchange between the MOZART and EARASHI projects on 3 February 2026, as EARASHI reaches the conclusion of three years of research on advanced robotics and digital technologies for safer workplaces.

Invited to contribute to the closing meeting of its sister project, MOZART will take the floor to reflect on how AI-powered robotics is influencing work practices, skills, and organisational models.

The session will also address the ethical aspects of robots in daily work life and highlight their impact on workers. The discussion will feature Pat Treusch, PhD, and Matous Jelinek, PhD student, both from SDU – University of Southern Denmark.
