MOZART joins the EARASHI Final Event with a contribution on Human-Centricity, Ethics & Trust
The event highlighted responsible AI and human-centred innovation in industrial environments.
On 3 February 2026, MOZART took part in the EARASHI Final Event, hosted by Flanders Make in Leuven (Belgium).
The event marked the conclusion of EARASHI’s three-year journey in advancing robotics and digital technologies aimed at safer, more human-centred workplaces. MOZART joined the panel “Human-Centricity, Ethics & Trust”, together with other EARASHI’s sister projects.
On stage, representatives from project partner SDU – Matous Jelinek and Pat Treusch shared MOZART’s perspective on responsible AI adoption, operator empowerment, and ways to build trust within the workforce and society.
These aspects are essential for sustainable technological transformation.

During the discussion idea that emerged from the EARASHI journey was: “If technology helps me do my job better, then I am willing to adopt it”. This vision aligns with MOZART’s goals of promoting solutions that respect the needs, skills, and values of people on the shop floor.
The event brought together EARASHI partners, industry representatives, and policymakers.
The programme included plenary sessions, an interactive roundtable, live and digital demonstrations of developed technologies, and a technical tour of the Flanders Make facilities, featuring drones, robotic conveyor systems, and advanced industrial automation solutions.

MOZART’s flayer
Through testimonies, best practices, and lessons learned, the EARASHI Final Event showed how technical excellence and human-centric principles can come together to design ethical, trustworthy, and user-accepted AI and robotic systems.
This path reflects MOZART’s commitment to safe and human-centred industrial technologies.
“Human-centric robotics cannot be an add-on. Questions of trust, reliance, and user diversity must be embedded early and iteratively in large collaborative projects, through genuine collaboration between the industry and the industrial partners.” – Matous Jelinek
