Rising poultry demand and stricter regulations are pushing the industry to find new ways to remain competitive.

In its new infopack, MOZART presents the benefits of the AUTOMAT, a modular collaborative robot prototype. Designed with relevant standards embedded from the start, AUTOMAT can handle soft, irregular objects with precision and care.

This results in more efficient, reliable and safe processes that enhance productivity, ensure hygiene, and raise the bar in food processing automation.

The Infopack also highlights MOZART’s strong focus on workers’ needs. By integrating insights from ergonomics, human factors and social sciences, the project identified challenges of poultry processing and the importance of intuitive, adaptable tools.
