Work with MOZART! IIT looks for a Postdoc in Soft Tactile Sensor Arrays for Food Manipulation
The Soft Biorobotics Perception lab, led by Dr. Lucia Beccai, offers a 24-month Postdoc position in Genova.
The research position offered by Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) is based on the MOZART research project and aims to design, fabricate and test innovative fully integrated sensing solutions for food manipulation.
Within the team, the candidate’s main responsibilities will be:
- Design and development of soft tactile sensing arrays;
- Characterization of tactile transducers;
- Design of custom electronics and PCB miniaturization;
- System integration and signal acquisition.
The candidate must have a Ph.D. in electrical or electronic Engineering and a strong publication record.
