The MOZART project develops general-purpose, AI-powered robot technology for handling soft objects with specific demonstrators in the food processing industry. 

The aim is to foster human-robot collaboration to improve work conditions and transfer resources from manual handling to other crucial steps in food production, pushing the boundaries of the food industry toward sustainability.
